Ours is not: there is no paid tier, no sponsored slot and no affiliate ordering, and a tool that offers money is turned down and noted. We list 146 tools across 20 categories. Each was paid for out of our own pocket, set up properly and used on real work for at least a week. We publish what that week taught us, including the part vendors leave out, which is where the tool stops being worth it.
